The Latino communities face significant equity health challenges arising from nutritional needs and deficiencies. In addition, food allergies often negatively impact the development of young people of all ages. Hollenbeck Youth Center’s Ambassador Zacky’s Food Equaity Initiative Munoz has been working with national organizations that address these issues affecting the community. One such organization is Food Allergy Research and Education.
